Overview of all the settings that would be available in Manage Workspace

Manage Workspace comprises five primary settings that enable customization and configuration of workspace features according to specific requirements. Once these settings are activated, they will apply to all communities within the workspace. However, should a community administrator wish to implement changes at the community level, those changes will take precedence over the workspace settings for that particular community.


Workspace Configuration

This setting allows to set up the workspace with three sub-settings mainly the Workspace info, Profile questions and Strings.

Email Settings

This section comprises all the email-related settings.

Security

This section provides options for establishing various authentication methods, enabling auto approvals, establishing security policies and SSO debugger.

Subscription


This section shows the subscription dashboard of the workspace showing the number of communities & campaigns, seats taken and tokens used along with the billing information.
