Access control provide the ability to establish approvals, enable automatic approvals based on IP and email addresses, enforce curse filtering and policies within the workspace.
Access Control consists of two main sections:
Approvals Required
Blocklist
Approvals
New Members Approval: When this setting is ON, all the new members registering or joining the workspace will first require Moderator's approval to participate in the community.

Auto Approval
This section allows setting restrictions on the users who join the workspace based on their email domain. The administrator can auto-approve as well as blacklist the email domains.

IP Based Access Restriction
IP based access restriction allows the administrator to control access to the community based on IP (Internet Protocol) address. Only those users who access the community from the defined IP addresses are allowed to view and participate in the community.

Member to Member Invite
This feature allows the member to invite another member in the workspace. The workspace admin can also restrict the invite to specific domains, however they would be able to invite member from any domain.

Blocklist
Auto Block
Members of specified email domains will be automatically blocked from joining the community. You can easily list the domains in the box given as @hotmail.com, @grr.com
Profanity Filtering
The profanity filtering feature enables administrators to prevent the use of specific abusive words, inappropriate keywords, and certain emojis within the community, ensuring a respectful and safe environment for all members.
