| Workspace Info is the section of Workspace Configuration containing the workspace's basic setup settings, including its name, URL, custom domain, appearance, and Terms of Service. |
This section contains workspace settings, including the workspace URL, name, and basic setup.

- Workspace Administrator: Views and edits Workspace Info section
- All Roles (Community Administrators, Moderators & Members): Does not have access to any Workspace Info section.

General Info
This section outlines the configuration settings for the workspace, including the Workspace Name, URL, Timezone, Date Format, Default Language, Multi-Language selection, and Batch Translation options.

Custom Domain
The Custom Domain feature allows the IdeaScale workspace URL to be tailored to align with the organization's own website, replacing the default IdeaScale domain.
Appearance
The workspace can be customized to reflect the organization's branding by uploading a logo and favicon, aligning the workspace with the organization's corporate identity.

Terms of Service
The Terms of Service can be established by the Workspace Administrator. When enabled, members accessing the workspace are required to agree to the Terms of Service before engaging with the platform.
During the registration process, the Terms of Service is displayed at the bottom of the registration page, and new members automatically accept it by selecting Register.
Note: Existing members are required to accept the Terms of Service upon their first login after the Terms of Service has been enabled.
The Workspace Administrator can format and enhance the Terms of Service using the features available in the Rich Text Editor.

- Allow Members to Upload Profile Pictures: Allows members to upload a profile picture or avatar for themselves under Profile >> Settings >> Profile Information.
- Username Setup Required: Allows members to set a username for themselves under Profile >> Settings >> Profile Information, to be used in the @mention feature.
