This section outlines the configuration settings for the Workspace, including the Workspace Name, URL, Timezone, Date Format, Default Language, Multi-Language selection, and Batch Translation options.

Custom Domain
The custom domain feature allows to tailor the IdeaScale workspace URL to align with your company's website, replacing the default IdeaScale domain.

Appearance
The Workspace can be customized to reflect your company's branding by uploading a logo and favicon, thereby enhancing its alignment with your corporate identity.

Terms of Service
The Terms of Service (TOS) can be established by the Workspace administrator. When enabled, members accessing the workspace will be required to agree to the TOS before they can engage with the platform.
During the registration process, the TOS will be displayed at the bottom of the registration page, and users will automatically accept it by clicking the "Register" button.
Existing members will need to accept the Terms of Service upon their first login after the TOS has been enabled.
The Workspace administrator can format and enhance the TOS using the features available in the Rich Text Editor.

Allow Members to Upload Profile Pictures: It allows the members to have an ability to upload a profile picture/avatar for themselves under Profile >> Settings >> Profile Information.
Username Setup Required: It allows the members to set a username for themselves under Profile >> Settings >> Profile Information to be used in the @mention feature.
