The Data section provides the workspace admin with the tools necessary to effectively oversee and execute key actions for managing the various communities within the workspace.

Manage Communities
Manage Communities comprises of 2 sections - Communities and Delete Communities
Communities
This section presents a comprehensive list of all the communities within the designated workspace. The workspace admin can easily manage the specific community by selecting Administrator option. Selecting the Delete option will remove the community and transfer it to the Deleted Communities section, where it will be permanently deleted.
These communities can be reorder to reflect on the Workspace homepage by simply dragging the community up or down.
Deleted Communities
This section lists all communities that have been deleted within the last 7 days. The workspace administrator has the option to restore these communities using the Undelete option, provided this action is taken before the 7-day period expires.
Additionally, the Permanently Delete All button will immediately remove all communities listed below, bypassing the 7-day retention period.
Export Data
The Export Data setting provides Workspace administrators with tools to export workspace information into multiple data formats.

Export Log
The Data Export Log lists all reports that have been exported over a period of time. It also shows the progress of the ongoing export requested with how a number of steps to be completed.

Erase Data
Erase data section contains 2 sections - Unassigned Members & Delete Workspace.
Unassigned Members
This section enables the workspace administrator to effectively remove unassigned members, along with any associated data or activities from the communities or workspaces.
Delete Workspace
This section provides the Workspace owner with the capability to permanently delete the entire workspace, including all associated communities and members. The assigned Workspace administrator will not see this option. Please note this action is irreversible, and once deleted, the workspace cannot be retrieved.
