Export Data Overview

Community admins can export data from the IdeaScale community

Path: Community Topbar >> Apps icon >> Community Settings >> Data >> Export Data

Community administrators can export IdeaScale data into a variety of reports. Both community admins and the assigned community admin can export any report, even when the community is in Read Only mode.

Note:

  1. While exporting any report, we recommend initiating only one export report at a time.

  2. Exporting multiple reports at the same time is not recommended, as it will slow down each report and may lead to a processing error, which will pause your report.

  3. When exporting you can check the progress of it by looking here: Reports >> Data Export Logs
