Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the community-level sheet and the campaign-level sheets in the export?
The community-level sheet summarizes a member's activity and details across the entire community, while each campaign-level sheet breaks that same member's activity down individually per campaign.
Why does a member's Source show as Admin, Upload, or Web?
Source reflects how the member's account originated: Admin means the member is the workspace or community owner, Upload means an administrator invited the member into the community, and Web means the member registered directly through the community website. Note: campaign-level sheets do not include Admin as a Source value.
Can groups be excluded from the export?
Yes. Groups only appear on the community-level sheet when Include Groups in Export is switched on. Leaving the switch off excludes group data from the export.
