| Export Campaign Status is a Data export option that generates an Excel spreadsheet listing the status of every Active and Closed campaign in a community. |
The Community Administrator can generate this report from the Export Data section of Community Settings to review campaign status across the community without opening each campaign individually. The report is delivered as a downloadable Excel file and does not include campaigns that are still in Draft status.

- Community Administrator: Generates the Campaign Status export and receives the resulting file by email.

Generating the Export
Navigate to Settings >> Community >> Data >> Export Data and select Campaign Status. Selecting Export Data in this section starts the export immediately; no additional fields need to be completed beforehand.
Once the export is complete, an Excel file containing the details of all Active and Closed campaigns in the community is available to download.
Exported Fields
The exported Excel sheet includes the following fields for each campaign:
- Campaign Name: The name of the campaign in the community.
- Current Status: Active for an ongoing campaign, or Closed for an archived campaign.
- Launch Date: The date and time the campaign was launched.
- Close Date: The date the campaign ended, if one was set. See Exceptions below for campaigns without a Close Date.
Email Notification
The Community Administrator who generates the export also receives an email containing a link to download the file, in addition to the direct download available at the time the export is generated.
Exceptions
- Draft Campaigns: Campaigns that are still in Draft status are not included in the Campaign Status export.
- Missing Close Date: If a campaign does not have a Close Date set, the Close Date field displays as unavailable on the exported sheet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Campaign Status export include Draft campaigns?
No. The export lists only campaigns with a Current Status of Active or Closed. Campaigns still in Draft status are not included.
What file format is the export delivered in?
The Campaign Status export is generated as an Excel spreadsheet, available for immediate download and also sent as a download link by email.
Who can generate the Campaign Status export?
Generating the Campaign Status export is limited to the Community Administrator. Access for Campaign Administrator, Custom Administrator, and Moderator roles is (TO BE VERIFIED).
Why does a campaign show "unavailable" in the Close Date column?
The Close Date column shows unavailable when a campaign does not have a Close Date configured, such as an Active campaign that has not yet ended.
