Email Notifications for Administrators, Moderators, Members

IdeaScale automates email notifications triggered by actions taken within a community. The notifications received vary based on role — a Community Administrator, Community Moderator, and Community Member each receive a different set of notifications, and the administrative settings that trigger them are configured separately.

Administrators

A Community Administrator receives a set of automated email notifications covering approvals and other administrative activity occurring within the workspace or community. The complete list of these notifications is covered in the Administrators article.
