Workspace URL

This is the Workspace URL/Link is the main page link where members will login to. Please contact support to change it.

Terms of Service

Terms of Service can be defined by the Workspace administrator. If enabled, the members arriving at this workspace will need to agree to the terms of service before they can participate. 


The administrator can format and enhance the TOS using Rich text editor options.

Custom Domain

Custom domain settings allow linking the Workspace to your domain.

Workspace Settings

Workspace settings allows to change the Workspace name, language, default workspace timezone and Date format. 

Approvals Required

Workspace administrators can default approvals for ideas and comments submitted by the members in all the communities under the Workspace. Though they can be changed per community from Community's General Settings >> Community Info >> Approval required section if needed.
