The Ideascale Whiteboard dashboard serves as the central hub for hosting all community boards, facilitating collaboration among team members. This dashboard is organized into three key sections: Dashboard, Task Manager, and Folders.
Dashboard
The dashboard serves as the central location for all community boards, showcasing everything developed within the community. Users can easily create a new board by clicking the New Board button. Additionally, the dashboard features a Search bar and filtering options, making it simple to locate a specific board quickly.

Task Manager
The Task Manager is a powerful tool that allows users to create and manage tasks associated with their boards. Accessible from both the individual board and the main dashboard, this feature enables users to concentrate on tasks related to a specific board or to oversee tasks that span multiple boards within their community.

Folders
To enhance board organization, you can create folders within the dashboard. Folders are not shared with other users, and act as a personal space to organize boards on your Community dashboard however you can share the boards from these folders. This helps to reduce clutter and streamline navigation on a busy dashboard.
To create a new folder for organizing your boards, simply click on the + icon and enter a name for your folder. Additionally, you can move existing boards into this newly created folder by selecting the three dots or the menu option available on each board. After being added to a folder, boards will always be accessible from the dashboard as well.
