IdeaScale AI is an advanced analytical tool that utilizes artificial intelligence to convert textual idea data from an IdeaScale community or campaign into visually engaging charts and graphs.
IdeaScale AI Admin Setting & Security
IdeaScale AI Access
IdeaScale AI will be available to all Admins and Moderators within the designated Workspace. The selection of accessible communities and campaigns, as well as the visibility of ideas, will be determined by the permission levels assigned to each admin and moderator.
Steps to access IdeaScale AI:
1. Nagivate to https://ai.ideascale.com and click on Log in using Ideascale button.
2. Enter the workspace URL (without https://) admin/moderator wish to login to.
3. In cases where the admin or moderator is not already logged into the workspace in the browser, they must first log in to the workspace to grant IdeaScale AI the necessary authorization to access the community data.
If the admin or moderator is already logged into the workspace, the system will automatically authenticate their session and redirect them to the IdeaScale AI homepage.
IdeaScale AI Analytics
This tool has 2 analysis options available at the moment.
Data Analysis
It analyzes data from campaigns within a community over a specified date range and presents this information in four distinct graphic formats.
1. Idea Word Cloud - Word cloud is a visual representation of idea texts emphasizing words based on net vote scores.
2. High Impact High Feasibility Ideas - It generates a scatterplot matrix that effectively categorizes ideas based on their potential impact on the organization and their feasibility for implementation.
3. Innovation Program Health Check - It assesses and visualizes the diversity of ideas on a scale of 10, utilizing six key metrics: Originality, Variety, Depth, Feasibility, Impact, and Inclusivity.
4. Community Sentiment Insights - The Community Sentiment Insights feature presents a horizontal bar chart that visually represents the themes with the strongest support. Each idea within a theme is evaluated on a sentiment scale from 1 to 10, reflecting its positive, negative, or neutral strength. The overall sentiment intensity for each theme is derived from the aggregated sentiment scores.
Comparative Analysis
It enables users to select between 2 to 5 ideas and conduct a comparative analysis against other ideas from the chosen campaign(s), thereby uncovering their significance and uniqueness. This feature generates thematic insights based on the data, illustrating how the selected group of ideas differentiates itself from the others.
