Verification and Password Email Templates
Email templates for various email notifications sent from Workspace
Path: Manage Workspace >> Email Settings >> Notification Emails >> Verification and Password Email Templates
Verification and Password Email Templates allow Workspace administrators to configure and customize the system-generated emails used for verification and password management. In this section, they can adjust the subject line, message body, and button text for these notifications in each supported language, ensuring that users receive clear, consistent, and localized communication. Please note that hyperlink settings are fixed and cannot be customized.

Password Reset

This email is sent to users after they click the “Forgot password” link on the Workspace login page. It allows the customize the following:
Language: Choose the language for which the email notification needs to be customised.
Subject: Modify the subject line of the email notification.
Message Body: Each paragraph appears in its own text area and can be customized individually. All text fields are mandatory and must contain content.
Button: Customize the text that appears on the action button in the email.
Admin-Initiate Password Reset

This email is sent to members after the Workspace or Community admin initates a password reset request for their members from the Member Management Dashboard. It allows the customize the following:
Language: Choose the language for which the email notification needs to be customised.
Subject: Modify the subject line of the email notification.
Message Body: Each paragraph appears in its own text area and can be customized individually. All text fields are mandatory and must contain content.
Button: Customize the text that appears on the action button in the email.
Account Locked Due to Inactivity

This email is sent to members when their account is locked due to inactivity in the community for the number of days defined by the Workspace admin under Manage Workspace >> Security >> Security Policy >> Maximum allowed inactive days.
Language: Choose the language for which the email notification needs to be customised.
Subject: Modify the subject line of the email notification.
Message Body: Each paragraph appears in its own text area and can be customized individually. All text fields are mandatory and must contain content.
Button: Customize the text that appears on the action button in the email.
Temporary Account Locked

This email is sent to members when their account is temporarily locked because of multiple unsuccessful login attempts caused by incorrect credentials.
Language: Choose the language for which the email notification needs to be customised.
Subject: Modify the subject line of the email notification.
Message Body: Each paragraph appears in its own text area and can be customized individually. All text fields are mandatory and must contain content.
Email Verification

This email is sent to members to verify and confirm their email address for the account.
Language: Choose the language for which the email notification needs to be customised.
Subject: Modify the subject line of the email notification.
Message Body: Each paragraph appears in its own text area and can be customized individually. All text fields are mandatory and must contain content.
Button: Customize the text that appears on the action button in the email.
Global Email Footer

This text appears at the end of each email notification sent to the users. Admin can customize it to change the content.
Language: Choose the language for which the email notification needs to be customised.
Mailing Address: Edit the mailing address appearing at the end of each email notification.
