How can I enable and submit private ideas in a campaign?

Note: After enabling the switch, please drag & drop the field in the idea submission tool to avail this option in the idea submission form.

Private ideas can be submitted in two ways:

  1. By User Choice: When the setting 'Allow submissions to be 'private, only viewable to admins, moderators, and authorized groups' switch is enabled, the idea submitter, will have the option to select private submission in the idea submission form.

  2. By Force Submission: When the setting 'Force submissions to be 'private, only viewable to admins, moderators, and authorized groups' switch is enabled, all ideas will be submitted privately without giving any choice to the idea submitter in the idea submission form.
