What is a Leaderboard and how does it work
The Leaderboard is a great way to promote a community and get members to participate!
On the homepage, you can see the top community members for Kudos Received, Kudos Given, Idea Submissions, Comments and Votes. Every member in the community can access the leaderboard from the Landing page, homepage dropdown or the community sidebar panel.
The leaderboard page shows four main filters to select from. It also highlights your position on the board. Members can navigate to each section and see all the members within.
Leaderboard Filter
Leaderboards can be filtered according to metric, campaigns, member groups, and time period.
Metric
Metric allows to filter the leaderboard by Idea Submissions, Comments, Votes, Kudos Received and Kudos Given.
Campaigns
All active campaigns will be displayed in the dropdown.
Groups
All the community groups as well as the Workspace groups used in the community will be displayed here.
NOTE: The groups marked as Hide this Group in the leaderboard in Group Management >> Group visibility will be excluded this leaderboard list.
Time Period
Leaderboard can be filtered for all time, last 4/8/12 weeks, last 6/12 months, or last 4/6/8 quarters.
Note: If last 4 weeks is selected, it will show data excluding the current week. The same applies to month and quarter data. Leaderboard data is not updated in real-time, it updates on Sunday at midnight.
Members can be removed from leaderboard by the Workspace or Community Admin. Help Article on Keep Off Leaderboard
