| Keep Off Leaderboard is a Member Management control that removes an Administrator, Moderator, or Member from the Leaderboard ranking, or restores them to it, without restricting their participation in the community. |
The Community Administrator manages Leaderboard visibility for members from Member Management. A member removed from the Leaderboard can be restored at any time by switching the control back On.
Role Permissions
- Community Administrator: Can remove any assigned Administrator, Moderator, or Member from the Leaderboard ranking, and can restore them to it.

Remove a Member from the Leaderboard
There are two ways to remove a member from the Leaderboard ranking.
From Member Management:
- Navigate to Member Management.
- Search the email address of the member to remove from the Leaderboard.
- Select the member, then select the Action tab.
- Select Leaderboard, then select Off.
From the Member Details panel:
- Select the member's name to open the Member Details panel.
- Switch Leaderboard to Off.

Restore a Member to the Leaderboard
To place a member back on the Leaderboard, switch Leaderboard to On from either the Action tab in Member Management or the Member Details panel.
Exceptions
- Assigned Administrator or Community Owner: May remove themselves from the Leaderboard, in addition to the Community Administrator removing them.

Can a member be added back to the Leaderboard after being removed?

It is under Member Management, reached from Navigation Panel >> Members >> Community >> Action Tab, or in the Member Details panel opened by selecting a member's name.
