Overview of Access restriction options
Path: Community Settings >> Security >> Access Restrictions
This section allows administrators of the community to set various types of access restrictions or auto-approvals, curse filtering, SSL security, and government compliance settings. It is separated into 2 major toggle sections:
Access Restrictions: Basic
Toggling the switch to Basic will show the following settings:

When this setting is ON, all the new members registering or joining the community will first require Moderator's approval to participate in the community.

Secure Cookie
Secure cookie works only when SSL Security is turned on. When enabled, the community works in a secured cookie only. For example, a user is a member of 2 communities where one is Secure cookie enabled and other is not. He/She will not be able to switch from one community to another in the same cookie. To go to another community, the user will have to re-login.
Access Restrictions: Advanced
Toggling the switch to Advanced will show the following settings in addition to the Basic settings mentioned above:
2 Step Authentication
The 2 step authentication feature applies only to the IdeaScale Email and Password authentication pathway.
