Workspace Data Management

Managing data like the communities, members and workspaces

Workspace allows us to handle multiple communities and their data at one location. This brings down the community owners and administrators jobs of managing the communities effortlessly. The workspace admin can find Manage Workspace settings from the Grid icon button, symbol, of, nine, dots Icon on the top bar next to the search box.

Data Management section allows the workspace admin to manage and take necessary actions towards the communities in the workspace.

Erase Workspace Data

This section allows the workspace admin to remove unassigned members along with any data or any of their activities from the communities or the workspaces.

Manage Community

This section shows a list of all the communities that is added to the specific workspace. The workspace admin can manage or access a specific community by clicking on the community name or administer link. This would directly take the workspace admin to the community for any further actions that you intend to do.

Delete Workspace

This setting allows the workspace admin to delete the entire workspace that is created along with all the communities that is part of the workspace. Please note this action is irreversible and once deleted workspace cannot be retrieved.
