All available system labels and what they are for
We have multiple system-generated labels to give a bit of information about certain activities performed on ideas and comments.
Idea System Labels
Following is the list of system labels on ideas:
Abuse: This label is visible when an idea is marked as abused. This is visible only to the moderator of the community.
Draft: The draft label is visible on ideas when are still in draft and visible to the idea submitter only.
Duplicate: This label is visible when an idea is marked as Duplicate. This is visible to the moderator of the community.
Edited: All the ideas which have been edited after submission will show the edited label. This label is visible to all the members of the community.
In Reserve: Ideas under the Reserve stage will show In Reserve label. It will show up for all the members who have access to the Reserve stage.
Implemented: The ideas from all the stages which have been marked as Implemented will show this label. It will be visible to all the members who have access to those ideas.
Pending: All the ideas in pending approval will show this label. This label will be visible only to the moderators.
Private: Private label is seen on ideas that are submitted privately by a user. This is visible only to the moderators and idea submitters.
Recycling Bin: Ideas that have been moved to Recycle bin by the moderators will show this label.
Selected: The ideas from all the stages which have been marked as Selected will show this label. It will be visible to all the members who have access to those ideas.
Translated: All the ideas that have been translated by the translation moderator will show this label. The label will be visible to all the members.
Unverified Translation: The ideas whose translation is not yet verified by the Translation Moderator but allowed to be visible by the administrator will show this label. It will be visible to all the members.
Off Topic: If an idea is marked 'off topic' the label will show.
Clickable Labels
1. Homepage
The labels are now clickable. Users can click on the labels (which are allowed to be clickable by administrators) similar to tags and view the list of all ideas that have that label applied to it.
2. Incoming Moderation
The labels are clickable in Incoming moderation as well. Clicking on the label name will show moderators the list of all the ideas which have the given label applied to it.
3. Idea Portfolio
Clicking on the label name from the idea details on the Idea Portfolio will filter out all the ideas containing that label.
Comment System Labels
Following is the list of system labels on ideas:
Anonymous: If a comment is submitted anonymously, this label will show on the comment.
Idea Submitter: If the comment is submitted by the idea submitter, this label will appear. It will be visible to all the members.
Moderator: Comments submitted by a moderator will show up on this label. It will be visible to all the members.
Private Comment: A comment submitted privately will show this label. It will be visible only to Moderators, Administrators, and comment submitters.
Reported: A comment that has been reported as abusive by a community member will show this label. This label and comment will only be visible to the moderator.
Team Member: A comment submitted by the team member, co-submitter, or Idea owner will show this label. It will be visible to all the members.
Similar to System labels, administrators of the community can create custom labels as well.
Note: System labels cannot be deleted or disabled.
