| What are Search Commands in Member Dashboard? |

| Search Commands are dropdown filters in the Member Dashboard used to find members by specific criteria, such as Group, Source, Role, or status. |
Each Search Command has its own set of selectable values, and using one filters the member list to only those matching the selected value. Search Commands are available at both the Workspace level and the Community level, though some commands apply only at one level.
Role Permissions
- Workspace Administrator: Uses the Workspace-level search commands to filter groups at the Workspace level.
Available Search Commands
The Member Dashboard search field offers the following commands:
Group: Filters members by the group to which they are assigned.
Source: Filters members by how they entered the Workspace or Community — Web, Admin, Upload, SSO, or Social Login.
Invitation_Status: Filters members by invitation status — Unconfirmed, Accepted, or Declined. Available only at the Community level.
Email_Status: Filters members by email status — Assumed, No Email Sent, Sent, Bounced, Verified, or Re-verification Required.
Pending: Filters members currently in the pending queue.
Banned: Filters members who have been banned.
Locked: Filters members locked out of the Community due to repeated incorrect passwords or account inactivity.
Role: At the Workspace level, filters by Workspace Administrator, Translation Moderator, or Workspace Member. At the Community level, filters by Community Administrator, Moderator, or Community Member.
Connected_App: Filters members by the app used to log in. Available only at the Community level.
Administrator: Filters assigned administrators. At the Workspace level, filters Workspace Administrators. At the Community level, filters Community, Custom, Campaign, and Campaign Group Administrators.
Moderators: Filters assigned moderators — Community, Campaign, Group, or Custom Field Moderators. Available only at the Community level.
Self Removal: Filters members who removed themselves from the Community. Available only at the Community level.
TOS Accepted: Filters members by whether they have accepted the Community's terms of service. Available only at the Community level.
Single or Multiple Choice Member Profile Questions: Filters members by their answers to Single Choice or Multiple Choice member profile questions. Available at both the Workspace and Community level.
Additionally, an email address, username or display name can also be searched by pasting it in the search field and clicking on the search icon.
Text Search
An email address, username, or display name can be searched directly by pasting it into the search field and selecting the search icon, without using a Search Command.

Can a member be found without using a Search Command?
Yes. Pasting an email address, username, or display name into the search field and selecting the search icon finds a member directly.
Are all Search Commands available at both the Workspace and Community level?
No. Several commands — including Invitation_Status, Connected_App, Moderators, Self Removal, and TOS Accepted — are available only at the Community level. Group, Source, Email_Status, Role, Administrator, and the Member Profile Questions commands are available at both levels.
What does the Pending command filter for?
The Pending command filters the member list to only those members currently in the pending queue.
