| Saved Reply is a feature within the Moderator Dashboard that allows a Moderator to store commonly used responses and insert them into replies on ideas for quick, consistent moderation. |
The Moderator Dashboard includes a library of Saved Replies to support fast and accurate responses during moderation. The system provides a set of default Saved Replies, and a Moderator can also create new ones as needed.

- Community Moderator: Creates, edits, deletes, and uses Saved Replies within the Moderator Dashboard.

Creating a Saved Reply
A Moderator can create a new Saved Reply directly from the comment box on an idea, or from the Moderator Dashboard's saved reply list.
To create a Saved Reply from the comment box:
- Select the down arrow within the comment box on an idea.
- Select Create New.
- Add a title or name for the reply.
- Type the message to be saved as the reply.
- Select Save.
Once saved, the new Saved Reply becomes available for selection alongside the default replies whenever a Moderator responds to an idea.
Default Saved Replies
The Moderator Dashboard includes a set of default Saved Replies that are available in the system without any setup. A Moderator can use a default reply as-is or edit its content before use.
Using a Saved Reply
To insert a Saved Reply into a response:
- Select the down arrow within the comment box on an idea.
- Select Add Saved Reply.
- Select the desired Saved Reply.
- Select Add Reply.
Additional text can be added to the inserted reply before it is submitted.
Editing and Deleting a Saved Reply
A Moderator can select Edit next to a Saved Reply to update its content. Selecting Edit also displays the Delete button, which removes the Saved Reply.
To delete a saved reply, click on the Edit link and the Delete button will appear on the left.

Yes. Default Saved Replies provided by the system can be edited or used as-is.
Where can a Saved Reply be inserted?
A Saved Reply can be inserted into the comment box while responding to an idea on the Moderator Dashboard, using the Add Saved Reply option.
Can more than one Saved Reply be added to the same response?
Additional text or messages can be added to a Saved Reply before it is submitted.
