FAQ's
- What is a bug?
A bug is a flaw or an error message that pops up in the software that causes an unexpected result. - I submitted the bug, now what?
Now the support team will investigate the bug. During this investigation they will work with our other internal department's to determine the root cause and a solution. Once they find a solution they will test it out in a sandbox environment and then, if it passes all our tests, it will be pushed into production. During the whole process our team will keep you updated within the client portal until the bug is fixed. - How long will it take to resolve this?
This process can be filled with unexpected complexities, so we can't give precise timelines.
