Rate Limiting Feature

We are always trying to fix any vulnerabilities that may occur when users are trying to register on our platform.

If a customer tries to signup from the same ip address over 5 times within 5 minutes they will get blocked for 15 minutes and would get an error like the image below.

Once the user sees this error all they got to do is to wait for 15 minutes and try again. In case you are not able register please contact the support by chat or send us an email at support@ideascale.com.
