We are excited to share some fantastic upcoming releases with you.

Updated Icons

We are enhancing our icon library to provide more intuitive and accessible icons throughout the product. This update aims to improve user experience by ensuring icons are visually appealing, meaningful, and easy to understand. Each icon will be designed for clarity, allowing users to quickly identify their functions. We are also prioritizing accessibility by following best practices for color contrast and shape recognition, making our icons usable for individuals with varying abilities.

Customizable Workspace Home Page

The Workspace Home Page will now be more visually appealing and allow Workspace Administrators to customize it with personalized content using the Edit Mode.
This page serves as an introduction to the workspace, where administrators can set the tone, showcase the communities within the workspace, and highlight the campaigns they wish to share with their members

Consolidating Alerts and Notifications into a Single ''Activity Bell"

We will be removing the current Alerts and Messages icons from the top bar.
The notification bell will be renamed to "Activity" and will consolidate alerts, notifications, and messages into a single "Activity" bell. This change aims to reduce clutter in the top bar and create a unified space for users to access all their new content and reminders.

 

Workspace Data Aggregation

Workspaces will now centralize all data across multiple communities. This has several implications for the user experience:

  • Advanced Search: Users will be able to search for ideas and members across all communities within the Workspace from a single search bar. This eliminates the need to search within each community individually.
  • Profile Page: The profile page will be updated to reflect the aggregated data:
    • My Tab: This tab will display all ideas that a user has submitted, joined, owned, or is following, as well as all action items from every community within the Workspace. Users can filter this view by specific communities.
    • Activity Tab: This tab will provide a single view of all updates across all communities, allowing users to stay informed about activity across the entire Workspace.
    • Notifications: All notifications from all communities will be consolidated and accessible from the Workspace level, ensuring that users don't miss important updates.

Overall, Data Aggregation simplifies the user experience by providing a single point of access for all data and activity across multiple communities. This will save users time and effort, and make it easier to stay informed and engaged.

Clone Campaigns to Another Community

 Admins would be able to clone a campaign not only within the community but also across other communities within the Workspace. Admins can quickly replicate campaign settings, saving time on manually configuring each campaign separately. This is especially useful in a Workspace with multiple communities running similar campaigns

Note: When cloning campaigns, only the relevant campaign settings that comply with the community settings of the new community will be duplicated.

Clone an Idea to Another Community

Community Moderators can now clone an idea's title and description to another community. This feature eliminates the need to manually resubmit the same idea in a new community and enables Community Moderators to quickly adapt and refine ideas for different community contexts, potentially leading to new insights and improvements.
