Moderators are the most responsible candidates managing and moderating abuse and duplicate idea in the community. The ideas can be managed and moderated from Incoming Dashboard.
How to manage Duplicate Ideas
Moderators can manage flagged duplicate ideas in many ways after approving the ideas.
Approve Idea

Once an idea is flagged as Duplicate by community members, it will go to the ‘Pending Approval’ stage.

Moderator will receive an email notification for flagged ideas. After clicking on the link from the email, it redirects the moderator to the idea details.

Moderator can approve the idea and change the stage by clicking on the 'Moderate' button from the idea details page.

Moderator can also approve the duplicate idea from Incoming Moderation Dashboard and the idea will automatically reach the first stage of the funnel.
Link Ideas

After approving the idea, moderators can link the flagged duplicate ideas that are similar to other ideas. Linking ideas should be possible with five types of reasons available.

Linking ideas can be done from the incoming idea moderation panel on the right-hand side shows link option under Similar Ideas.

Moderator can also link the flagged duplicate ideas from the idea detail page (Front End).
How to moderate Abuse Idea
Moderators can approve and moderate flagged abuse ideas by following these steps:

Moderator can approve the idea and change the stage by clicking on the “Moderate” icon.

Moderators can also approve the abusive idea from Incoming Moderation Dashboard and the idea will automatically go into the first stage of the funnel.
