IdeaScale accounts for most possible inputs and filters content where necessary. In rare cases, however, on certain browsers and configurations, exceptionally long words or URLs within a campaign or idea title can disrupt the layout of certain landing page widgets. For this reason, including URLs or exceptionally long words in campaign or idea titles is not recommended.
Note: Some widgets are designed to accommodate larger text inputs. For campaign or idea titles that require more text, a larger layout such as the Horizontal Campaign Widget provides more room for text.

Custom Font Support
Custom fonts are not currently supported on IdeaScale landing pages. In addition to being a security consideration, custom fonts are one of the largest contributors to page load time. Many CSS rules governing custom fonts are also not yet standardized across all platforms, making it difficult to guarantee a consistent viewing experience for every user, independent of screen configuration.
