Overview:
Goal of our IdeaScale Support Team will be to address clients' concerns affecting account/community issues and troubleshoot them. Our support engineers are always ready to assist you with your support-related issues and bugs reported. Support team can be accessed 24x7 for critical and non-critical issues via Live Chat (the blue chat bubble on the right corner of your screen).

 

Role of Support Team:

  1. Working with customers to identify IdeaScale account or community-related issues and address the same for advice or fix with the help of our Developers.

  2. Logging and keeping records of customer queries in the form of support ticket.

  3. Updating Knowledge Base Articles related to various features, settings, and new releases which can be accessed from our support page (http://support.ideascale.com).

  4. Working closely with our Innovation Architects to keep customers updated

  5. Testing, reporting, and assisting with resolving issues
