Email notification for Idea Stage Change

Idea stage change settings and notification

Every member can set up an email notification for communities to receive updates on the stage change of ideas.
 
Path: Profile page >> Settings >> Notifications Settings

Expand the list of communities and click on the bell icon to get a pop-up list of all notifications. Check the checkbox for  Receive e-mail notifications on Idea stage change.

The administrator of the community will have to enable the stage change notification for the stages they want members to receive email notification for the stage change

This  can be done from Community Settings >> Workflow >> Funnel Management >> Stages >> Stage Change Notification
 

The email notification received would be as screenshot below
