Community Administrator Role
Accesses and Settings for the Admin Role

Community Administrators are members of the community who can edit and manage the community. Each community owner can assign Community administrators for their community.
In general, this role has the following accesses:
- Manages the back end of your community
- Manages technical configuration of your community
- Types of Administrators:
- Community Administrator (Has access to full community settings, including all campaigns)
- Campaign Administrator (Has access to configure/manage this campaign on the backend, not full community settings)
- Campaign Group Administrator (Has only access to configure/manage the campaign group on the backend, not full community settings)
- Custom Admin (Has only access to configure/manage specific settings, not full community settings)

Community Administrator
Community admin has full access to all community-level settings and configuration options, including the ability to create, edit, and manage every campaign within the community, adjust permissions, modify workflows, and oversee overall community governance.Members must be registered and verified before they can be assigned as administrators of a community.
Assign / Unassign Community Administrators:
Members can be assigned or unassigned as Community Administrators from Member Management. Search for the member by name or email address, select the checkbox next to their name, then open the Actions tab and choose the Add as Administrator option and further select Community.To unassign a member, follow the same steps and choose Remove as Administrator.
Note: Workspace administrators with community membership are automatically assigned as Community administrators.
Campaign Administrator
Campaign Administrators are assigned to specific campaigns and can access, edit, and manage only the campaigns to which they are assigned.

Assign / Unassign Campaign Administrators:
Members can be assigned or unassigned as Campaign Administrators from Member Management. Search for the member by name or email address, select the checkbox next to their name, then open the Actions tab and choose the Add as Administrator option and further select Campaign from the dropdown.To unassign a member, follow the same steps and choose Remove as Administrator.
Campaign Group Administrator
They are the designated administrators for a campaign group. These administrators can access every campaign within that group and have permission to edit and manage all associated campaigns.

Members can be assigned or unassigned as Campaign Group Administrators from Member Management. Search for the member by name or email address, select the checkbox next to their name, then open the Actions tab and choose the Add as Administrator option and further select Campaign Group from the dropdown. To unassign a member, follow the same steps and choose Remove as Administrator.
Custom Administrator
The Community administrator can configure each Custom Administrator by enabling access only to selected features via individual switches. This makes it possible to create Custom Admin Roles with a unique title and precisely defined permissions.

Assign / Unassign Custom Administrators:
Members can be assigned or unassigned as Custom Administrators from Member Management. Search for the member by name or email address, select the checkbox next to their name, then open the Actions tab and choose the Add as Administrators option and further select Custom to select the checkbox of the custom roles. To unassign a member, follow the same steps and choose Remove as Administrator.
