Campaign cloning
All about cloning/duplicating a campaign
Path: Community Topbar >> Apps Icon >> Community Settings >> Campaign >> Manage Campaign
When setting up a new campaign, the community admin can opt to clone/duplicate an existing campaign. The cloned campaign will be the exact copy of the original campaign.
Steps
1. Go to Community Settings >> Campaign >> Manage Campaign
2. Click on the Clone option beside the campaign to be duplicated/cloned.
3. The clone campaign page provides the admin with the option to choose the community and campaign group where the newly cloned campaign will be placed. Additionally, you can select a funnel that meets your needs from the available options in the dropdown menu, including both existing and alternative funnels.
4. A new campaign with the 'previous campaign name (copy)' will be created.
All the settings, images, funnel, and moderators all will be copied over to the new campaign. Cloning a funnel will copy only settings but not the user permissions.
Note: The campaign will remain unlaunched. Community Admin will need to launch it manually.
