At times the community moderator may come across a situation where they would need to move ideas from the current campaign to a more relevant campaign. During these times the best way to move forward in accomplishing this task would be with the following steps.

Moving Selected Ideas
Idea Portfolio allows moderators to transfer specific ideas from one campaign to another. To do so, click the More option to open the dropdown menu, then select Move. Next, choose the destination campaign and specify the stage where the ideas should be relocated.
While moving idea to a campaign from different funnel or archived campaign, system will give a warning.
Moving All Ideas
To move multiple ideas from one campaign to another, simply select the desired campaign in Advanced Search and select the ideas from the result. Then, from Bulk actions select Move. A list of campaigns to choose from will appear along with their stages selection.
Note: When moving ideas to a new campaign, keep in mind that selected ideas will all be moved to the same stage. To move ideas to different stages, complete the process separately for each stage.
Note: Campaign-specific custom field responses of ideas are not retained if an idea is moved to a campaign with different custom fields. It is recommended to export idea data or take a backup of ideas' custom fields response before moving ideas
