Workspace Member Data Export

Member data Export on Workspace level

Path: Manage Workspace >> Data >> Export Data >> Member Data

Workspace administrators can get quick information on the members registered within the Workspace by downloading member data export.

Export Format: Member data can be exported in Excel or CSV file format. 

Include Groups in Export: Select this checkbox to add a “Groups” column that lists all groups associated with each member.

Filter by date range: Enable this toggle to set a start and end date and export data for a specific time period. To export all data from the beginning up to today, leave the toggle turned off. 

Timezone: Choose a timezone from the dropdown to have all data appear in the selected timezone.

When you click the Export button, the system generates the file and makes it available for download.

Fields on Ideascale users Excel sheet

  • ID - Member ID

  • Email address - Member's registered email address.

  • Username - Member's username for @mention.

  • Name - Display name of the member.

  • Member Since - Date on which the member was registered.

  • Source - Source via which the member was registered like Web, Quick add by admin, upload, Social login or SSO.
  • Status: (Member status/Member Email status) - Notified if a member's email address is verified, unknown, sent or assumed.

  • Last Successful Login Date and Time - Date and time for last successful login attempt by member.

  • Locked Status - Shows locked if a member is locked and unlocked for members who can access Workspace.
  • Locked Reason - Shows reasons like Wrong password or Account inactivity for the locked members.
  • Locked Date - Date and time stamp of when the member was locked.
  • Unlocked Date - Date and time stamp of when the member was unlocked.
  • Unlocked Method - Shows if the member was unlocked by Admin, via Verification email (Self) or time-based lock.

  • Ideas - Number of ideas submitted by the member across Workspace.

  • Votes - Number of votes by the member across Workspace.

  • Comments - Number of comments submitted by the member across Workspace.

  • TOS acceptance (Yes/No) - If enabled, it shows if Workspace level Terms of Service is accepted or not.

  • TOS acceptance date - Date and time of TOS acceptance.

  • Groups ( If Include Groups In Export Data is enabled) - Names of groups member is part of.

  • Member Profile Questions (If any)- All member profile questions in separate columns with their answers.
