Path: Manage Workspace >> Data >> Export Data >> Groups
The export groups report displays detailed information on all groups within the Workspace and group member details.
Select Groups: This provides a list of group names for you to choose from to include in the exported report.
Timezone: Choose a timezone to have all data appear in the selected timezone.
Upon clicking the Export button, the export will process and become available for download.
Fields on Exported Excel sheet
Sheet 1:
The first sheet named Ideascale- Groups contains all the groups created in the Workspace with its name, the number of members assigned to the group, the member assignment method, and if the group is private.
Sheet 2:
The second sheet onwards are the individual group sheets that contain each group's details with the following columns Member id, Email address of the member, Username, Name, Member since, Source, Status, Ideas, Votes, and Comments.
