| Workspace Exports are the set of data export tools under Workspace Settings that give the Workspace Administrator access to workspace-level information — including Member Data, Groups, Audit Logs, API Usage, and Export Logs — in formats such as Excel and CSV. |
The Export Data setting provides the Workspace Administrator with tools to export workspace information into multiple data formats.

Note:

Only one export report should be initiated at a time.

Exporting multiple reports simultaneously is not recommended, as it slows down each report and may cause a processing error that pauses the report.

Export progress can be checked under Reports >> Data Export Logs.
