Login Assistance Configuration

The Login Assistance feature in IdeaScale allows Workspace administrators to customize the Contact Support link shown on the login and registration pages. They can point this link to a support email, help center, FAQ, or another helpful resource, giving users a clear path to get help if they cannot access their accounts.

This Contact Support link can be seen on 2 pages - Workspace Login page & Workspace Registration page.

By default, this link is set to redirect to the IdeaScale support email address (support@ideascale.com) so that users can sent an email to them regarding the issue they are facing. The workspace admin can redirect it to the following:
- Email Address - Ex: support@ideascale.com
- Any web pages like Company FAQ pages, Company website or dedicated support portal - Ex: https://ideascale.com
- Any Image URL uploaded within IdeaScale file library or on web- https://dg.ideascaleapp.com/a/community-library/3_1013/32/Public/camp-banner-f15f63.jpg
