Search for all communities, campaigns and members across the workspace level
The Workspace Search tool helps in an easy and quick search for communities within the workspace, campaigns and members. The workspace admin can search for them within a specific timeframe as well.
Filters
Inputting text in the search box without any filter will search for all the matching communities, campaigns and members.
It will show the following filters:
Time frame: This provides a date range for the search.
Include Archived Campaigns: Enabling this checkbox will show search results, including both archived and active campaigns along with their ideas.
Individual Communities, Campaigns and Members filtering also have additional filters for search.
Communities
Communities can be searched by the date they were created using the timeframe date picker. Inputting part of the community name will also search them. 
Campaigns
The campaigns can be searched using whole or part of the campaign name. There are some additional filters to narrow down the search.
- Community: Search within all communities or multi-select specific communities.
- Timeframe: Select timeframe for the campaign creation/active date.
- Include Expired Communities: Checkbox to search campaigns from expired communities. It will appear only when the search encompasses all the communities.
- Include Archived Campaigns: Checkbox to search archived campaigns as well.
Members
The members can be searched using whole or part of their name. There are some additional filters to narrow down the search.
- Timeframe: Select the time frame for member registration or upload.
- Member Profile Questions: Search members based on Workspace's member profile questions.
