Workspace Review Translation

The Translation Moderator reviews and translates content generated by the Workspace Administrator using the Translation Moderation Dashboard. Content available for translation is organized into Headings & Descriptions and Profile Questions, and can be filtered, reviewed, and marked as Verified once translation is complete.

Role Permissions

1. All Roles ( Administrators, Moderators & Members): Cannot access the Translation Moderation Dashboard.
2. Translation Moderator: Can access the Translation Moderation Dashboard, filter content by Type, Source, Translation, and Keywords, and review, translate, or verify Workspace-level content.

Translation Moderation Dashboard

The Translation Moderation Dashboard is separated into two sections:

1. Headings and Descriptions: Allows the Translation Moderator to review and provide translation for the Workspace name and Workspace Terms of Service (TOS).
2. Profile Questions: Allows the Translation Moderator to review and translate Workspace-level Member Profile Questions and their answer options.

Filter

Content available for translation can be filtered using the following options:

1. Type: Divides content into two categories — Headings & Descriptions and Custom Field Questions — each with further sub-filters:
   1. Headings & Descriptions:
      • Workspace: Shows the Workspace name available for translation into all allowed languages.
      • Workspace Config: Shows the Workspace Terms of Service (TOS) available for translation into all allowed languages.
   2. Custom Field Questions:
      • Member Profile Questions: Shows Member Profile Questions available for translation into all allowed languages.
2. Source: Shows all content in the selected supported language in which it was originally created.
3. Translation: Shows all content available to be translated into the selected supported language.
4. Keywords: Allows content to be searched by keyword to narrow the filtered results.

Review Translation

The Translation Moderator can provide a translation for unverified text, or update previously verified text, by selecting Review.

Translated text that has been edited or verified by the Translation Moderator displays a Verified label. Text that has not yet been edited or verified displays an Unverified label.

1. Select Review.
2. Enter the translated text in the Translation field.
3. Select Confirm to save the translation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Verified and an Unverified label?

A Verified label indicates that the translated text has been edited or verified by the Translation Moderator. An Unverified label indicates that the text has not yet been edited or verified.

What content can be translated from the Translation Moderation Dashboard?

Does Profile Question translation apply to all field types?
