Translate, review, modify, and verify the content generated by the Workspace admin

The Workspace translation moderator can review and translate the workspace admin generate content from Translation Moderation Dashboard.
The Translation moderation dashboard is separated in 2 sections:
1. Heading and Descriptions - It allows to review and provide translation for Workspace name and Workspace Terms of Service (TOS).
2. Custom Field Questions - This section allows to review and translate Workspace level Member Profile Questions and their answer options (for single choice and multiple choice field type).
Filter
Translation moderator can filter the texts to be translated based on the following filters:
- Type: Headings & Descriptions and Custom Field Questions are further divided into individual types:
A. Headings & descriptions types can be filtered into:
a. Workspace - Shows Workspace name to be translated into all allowed languages.
b. Workspace config - Shows Workspace TOS to be translated into all allowed
languages.
B. Custom field Questions types can be filtered into Member Profile questions to translate them - Source: Shows all content in the selected supported language in which it is created (source)
- Translation: Shows all the content to be translated in selected supported language.
- Keywords: The content can be searched using keywords to filter out unwanted search result.
Review Translation
The Translation moderator can provide translation for the unverified or update the verified text by clicking on Review button.
The translated text edited or verified by the Translation moderator will show Verified label while the unedited or unverified text will show Unverified label.
- Click on Review button
- Enter translated text in Translation Review textbox.
- Once done click on Confirm/Verify button.
