Setting and customising the Workspace Logo

Workspace administrators have the capability to upload their company logo to an IdeaScale Workspace for branding purposes. The image marked with a red arrow below illustrates the location where the logo will be displayed.

The logo will consistently appear across all Workspace pages and communities, serving as a link that directs users to the Workspace homepage by default.

To upload a new logo, click on the Add Logo button. Click on Browse File to choose the file, or simply drag and drop the image directly into the designated area. Administrators also have the option to select a file that has already been uploaded to the File Library by choosing the File Library option.

For optimal display, we recommend that logo image files be sized at either 96px by 96px or 192px by 192px. The maximum allowable dimensions for the logo are 300px by 300px; any image exceeding this size will be automatically resized to fit.

We advise using a transparent PNG format without a white background, although images with a dark background are also acceptable.

This feature allows to hyperlink the workspace logo to any desired URL. When members click on the logo, they will be directed to the specified page. By default, the logo is linked to the Workspace Homepage.
