Workspace landing page sections
Details about all the section in Workspace landing page. and editing options
| What are Workspace Landing Page Sections? |
| Workspace Landing Page Sections are the customizable content blocks — Welcome, Your Communities, Communities, Communities You Can Join, Explore Campaigns, and Edit Background — that make up the Workspace landing page template. |
The Workspace landing page uses a single template in which a Workspace Administrator can customize text, descriptions, and images; hide sections; and rearrange the layout to suit the Workspace's needs. Each section can be customized independently once Edit Mode is active.

Role Permissions
- Workspace Administrator: Edits text, images, and descriptions; hides or unhides sections; and reorders sections on the Workspace landing page, using the Edit (Pencil icon), Hide (Eye icon), and Reorder (Up/Down Arrow) options within Edit Mode.
- Community Administrator, Campaign Administrator, Moderator: Do not have access to Workspace landing page section editing.
- Member: Views the Workspace landing page sections as configured by the Workspace Administrator, without editing access.

Your Communities
This section displays the communities a Member has joined or is part of. The Workspace Administrator can change its background color and heading. See Exceptions below regarding this section's visibility.

Communities
This section displays all public communities visible to non-logged-in users on the login page. The Workspace Administrator can customize the background and heading using the Edit option, or reorder the section. See Exceptions below regarding this section's visibility.
Communities You Can Join
This section displays communities available for a Member to join but not yet joined. See Exceptions below regarding this section's visibility. The Workspace Administrator can customize the background and heading using the Edit option, or reorder the section.

Explore Campaigns
This section displays featured campaigns. Visibility of campaigns within this section depends on the Member's authorization or accessibility level set in the campaign settings. The Workspace Administrator can customize the background and heading using the Edit option, hide the section, or reorder it.
The Edit option also allows choosing whether to showcase all campaigns or select specific campaigns from a list.

Edit Background
The Workspace Administrator can customize the background color for each section to align with the Workspace's color theme, using the Edit option. Three background types are available, along with two customizable gradient colors; gradient opacity can also be adjusted.
The background type offers three options:
- Solid: One solid hex color throughout the section.
- Gradient: Two accent colors forming a gradient effect.
- Default: No color in the background.

Solid Option
Selecting this option allows selecting a Background color — one solid hex color for the entire section being edited. Selecting the color option reveals a palette for browsing and selecting a color, and the Workspace Administrator can also type or paste the hex color code directly.

The Text color can be set to White, Black, or Default (Black).
Gradient Option
Under the Gradient option, the Workspace Administrator selects two gradient colors — Gradient 1 and Gradient 2 — to form a gradient effect.
The Gradient Opacity can be adjusted to create a blending or transparent effect.
The Text color can be set to White, Black, or Default (Black).

Default Option
The Default option has no color selection available and sets the background to solid white.
