Notification Email

This setting mainly comprises of the email sent to all the admins on behalf of the workspace

Notification emails provide workspace administrators with the ability to activate specific emails that will be sent to workspace admins.


Workspace administrators will see the notification settings displayed in the screenshot below, allowing them to easily enable or disable options by clicking the corresponding checkboxes.



1. New Member Registration: Workspace Owner will receive email notifications when a new user signs up to the workspace. NOTE : This email is sent to the workspace owner only when New Member approval is Disabled at Workspace level.

2. Approve New Member: When Workspace New Member approval setting is enabled, All the workspace admins will receive an email  to approve new members requesting to join the Workspace.

3. Role Change: Members will receive this email when they are assigned the role of Workspace Admin.

4. Private Message: Enabling this will allow the Workspace Admins to receive an email for every message sent to them.

5. Members Locked: Admins will receive an email when members are locked from the community due to inactivity or wrong password.

6. Community Expiry: This email informs workspace administrators and the Billing contact about the impending expiration of the Community. Workspace administrators can customize the notification to be sent a specified number of days prior to the expiration date.

7. Community Seat Limit Reached: This email alerts Workspace administrators and the Billing contact about the limited number of available seats, providing early notification when the seat count approaches a specified lower threshold. Workspace administrators have the option to customize this lower threshold according to their needs in this section.

8. Member Limit: Workspace administrators will receive an email notification when the maximum number of members permitted in the workspace has been reached.

9. Import Reports: The administrator performing any import will receive a success notification email. This email will also include details about any Excel rows that were not successfully imported, along with the reasons for their failure.
