Labeling an idea as Off-topic

What is Off-Topic Labelling?
Off-Topic labelling is a moderation action that moves an idea into a separate category, excluding it from the Hot Ideas and Recent Ideas views, without deleting the idea.

Off-Topic labeling gives a Community Moderator a way to set aside controversial or unrelated ideas without deleting them, avoiding the free-speech concerns that come with outright removal. A labeled idea is placed into a distinct part of the community, separate from the Hot Ideas and Recent Ideas views.
