Profile Page

The Profile Page is accessed by selecting the display name or avatar located in the top right corner of any page, and is common across all communities within the workspace. Profile information displays on the left side of the page, with the member's activities displayed on the other half, organized into 5 tabs — My Ideas, Notifications, Messages, About, and Settings.

Role Permissions

1. Member: Views their own profile information and activity, and manages their own ideas, notifications, messages, about information, and settings from the Profile Page. Can edit their own avatar, Bio, and profile question answers at any time using the pencil icon.

Sidebar

The Sidebar displays the following profile information:

1. Display Name: The name that identifies the member.
2. Avatar: The image representing the member.
3. Username: The member's username.
4. Member Stats: A summary of the member's activity
5. Bio: A short biography written by the member.
6. Workspace & Community Profile Questions: The member's answers to profile questions configured at the workspace and community level.
7. Tags Followed: The tags the member currently follows.

My Ideas

Within the My Ideas tab, a member can select a dropdown list to determine which ideas display, apply filters to sort ideas by Trending or Recent, and choose a display format — Grid, List, or Compact.

1. Submitted: Displays all ideas submitted by the member.
2. Owned Ideas: Displays all ideas of which the member is an Idea owner.
3. Joined Ideas: Displays all ideas the member has joined as a team member in the build stage.
4. Following: Displays all ideas the member is following.
5. Action Items: Displays all ideas requiring a stage action from the member, such as providing a Review, answering Assessment questions, or providing an Estimate on an idea.
6. Drafts: Displays all ideas by the member that are still in draft and have not yet been submitted.
7. Private Ideas: Displays all private ideas submitted by the member.

Notifications

The Notifications tab displays all notifications the member has received related to activities on Ideas, Comments, Members or Kudos:

1. All: Displays a combination of ideas and Kudos notifications, with the most recent listed at the top. A blue dot next to a notification indicates it is new since the member last checked the Notifications tab.
2. Ideas: Displays notifications related to the member's own submitted ideas, including comments, tags, and annotations.
3. Mentions: Displays notifications for ideas and comments in which the member is mentioned.
4. Kudos: Displays all Kudos given and received by the member.

Messages

In the Messages tab, a member can send and receive messages with any member of the workspace. The pencil icon composes a new message, the bag icon displays received messages, and the send icon displays messages sent to other members.

About

The About tab provides an overview of the workspaces and communities the member is part of, along with the campaigns, ideas, and members the member is following. A member can unfollow any of these by selecting the star icon.

The Settings tab allows a member to edit or update their profile. A series of tabs on the left side of the Settings section allow the member to update the following:

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can access the Profile Page?

The Profile Page is common across all communities within the workspace and is accessed by any member by selecting their display name or avatar in the top right corner of any page.

Yes. A member can unfollow a followed campaign, idea, or member from the About tab by selecting the star icon next to it.
