What is the Member Management Side Panel?
The Member Management Side Panel is a details view that opens when a member's name is selected in Workspace or Community Member Management, displaying that member's profile, activity, and account information in a single view.

Selecting a member's name in Workspace or Community Member Management opens the side panel. Some fields are exclusive to the Workspace level or the Community level, as noted throughout this article.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the side panel show Community-level roles when opened from Workspace Member Management?

No. The Roles field on the side panel lists only the roles assigned to the member at the Workspace level. Community-level roles do not appear there.

Can a member's Current Status be different at the Workspace level and the Community level?

Yes. The Current Status shown on the side panel can differ between the Workspace level and the Community level for the same member.

Why might the Additional Email field not appear on the side panel?

The Additional Email field only appears if the member has additional email addresses associated with their profile. It is also available only on the Workspace level, so it does not appear on the Community-level side panel.

What does the SSO ID field show for a member with access to multiple SSO options?

It shows the ID of the SSO option the member most recently logged in with.

Is Email Status the same as Invitation Status?

No. Email Status tracks whether the member's email address has been verified, while Invitation Status tracks whether the member has opted to be part of the Workspace. Both fields are available only on the Workspace level.
