| What is Manage Workspace? |
| Manage Workspace is the central settings area where a Workspace Administrator configures features — Workspace Configuration, Email Settings, Security, Subscription, AI, and Data — that apply across every community in the workspace. |
Workspace settings are organized into six categories that enable customization and configuration of workspace features according to specific requirements. These settings apply to all communities within the workspace.
Role Permissions
- Workspace Administrator: Views and edits all the sections with the Manage Workspace settings.
- All Roles (Community Administrators, Moderators & Members): Does not have access to any section of the Manage Workspace.

Subscription
This section shows the subscription dashboard for the workspace, displaying the number of communities and campaigns, seats taken, tokens used, and billing information.
