Submit Ideas Via Email is the latest feature introduced in IdeaScale to capture the ideas immediately which requires no login into the community by registered users. You can email a draft of the idea with your registered email address in the community and sent it to the unique email address provided by your community. The unique email address is generated in Submit Via Email Address. The idea submitted via email will be added to My Drafts in your community.
Note: To keep your communities spam-free we will include a randomized suffix to keep spammers out of your community. Please contact your Account Manager should you need to adjust your Idea Submission email address, though we do not encourage frequent email changes.
