IdeaScale offers a convenient iPhone app that allows users to access the IdeaScale community while on the move. With this app, users can perform all the same activities they would normally do on a browser.
Note: The IdeaScale app is only available for iPhones at the moment
Setup IdeaScale app
To set it up go to the App Store and search for IdeaScale app and download it.
Once downloaded, open the app. Allow it to send notifications and then enter the community URL you wish to visit.
Accept the cookies and proceed to login to the app using your social login or IdeaScale credentials (Click on Log in with email). Complete 2 step authentication if any by entering the code receive in your inbox.
Member can start accessing Profile, Notifications as well as their communities.

Frontend pages
Go to the community by clicking on its name and member will be able to navigate within the community.
Backend Pages
The Admin and moderator sections are also available now on the mobile app. Administrator and Moderators can access and change settings/ perform actions.

Reporting & Analysis

Member Management
Clicking on the 3 vertical dots icon will show the list of actions that can be performed for the selected member as shown in the second screenshot.
Incoming Moderation
Clicking on the idea will show the idea in detail shown in the second screenshot. Clicking on the 3 vertical dots icon will show the moderate idea options.
Idea Portfolio
Clicking on the 3 vertical dots icon will show the list of actions that can be performed for the selected idea as shown in the second screenshot.
