Steps to follow/unfollow idea authors

This feature allows community members to follow or unfollow an Idea Author if they want to. Members can follow/unfollow an Idea Author of an idea from the Home Page and Idea Details page.

By clicking on Follow author icon from the More icon (3 dots) the member will be able to Follow Author of an Idea. Screenshots are taken from the view of the moderator and member.

Unfollow an Idea Author

To unfollow an Idea Author, the member needs to click on the Unfollow Author icon from the More icon (3 dots). Screenshots are also taken from the view of the moderator and member.

Email Notification

Followers will receive email notifications once an idea is submitted by the person whom they are following.

Members Following

Members can see the list of members they are following under Profile >> About >> Members Followed. It can be filtered as per individual communities or whole workspace communities.
