Community Banner
The Community Banner is the prominent image displayed at the top of the Community Homepage.

The Community Name and Subtitle are changed by navigating to Settings >> Community >> Community Configuration >> Community Info >> General Info. The Banner image itself is changed at Path: Community Homepage >> Profile Dropdown >> Edit Mode >> Banner Image.
The Sidebar contains a set of widgets that can be repositioned or removed entirely using Edit Mode. Different Sidebars can be configured for the Community Homepage and for each individual Campaign Page.

Custom Sidebar Widget
A Custom widget is available for general-purpose use, such as Quick Links, and includes a rich text editor supporting bold text, bullet points, and hyperlinks.

Logo
The Logo appears in the top left corner, above the Community Banner, on all Custom Pages, the Leaderboard page, and Profile pages. A transparent PNG is recommended. When no Campaign-specific logo is selected for a campaign, the Community Logo also appears at the top of that campaign's pages. See Exceptions below for what happens to Campaign Logos when the Community Logo is hidden.
The Logo is changed at Path: Community Homepage >> Profile Dropdown >> Edit Mode >> Community Logo. It can be removed entirely using the Hide Community Logo from Community Banner option under Edit Mode >> Community Logo.

Ideas View
Default views for ideas within campaign pages are set to List View, Grid View, or Compact View. A default filter for how ideas are organized can also be configured.

Campaign Logo
The Campaign Logo is specific to a single campaign and appears below the Campaign Banner and next to the campaign name on the drop-down navigation bar. It is changed from Campaign Management >> Campaigns >> [selected campaign] >> Basic Information, or from the Campaign Page frontend using Edit Mode >> Pencil icon for Campaign Logo.

Campaign Banner
The Campaign Banner appears at the top of all pages specific to a campaign. It is changed from Campaign Management >> Campaigns >> Campaign Edit >> Basic Information, or using Edit Mode directly on the Campaign Page.

Exceptions
- Logo Fallback: If no Campaign Logo is configured for a campaign, the Community Logo displays at the top of that campaign's pages instead.
- Logo Removal Cascade: Hiding the Community Logo from the Community Banner also removes it from Campaign Pages, including campaigns that have their own Campaign Logo configured.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Community Homepage and each Campaign Page have different Sidebars?
Yes. Different Sidebars can be configured for the Community Homepage and for each individual Campaign Page.
Where does the Logo appear across the platform?
The Logo appears in the top left corner, above the Community Banner, on all Custom Pages, the Leaderboard page, and Profile pages. It also appears at the top of a campaign's pages when no Campaign-specific logo has been set for that campaign.
Does removing the Community Logo affect Campaign Pages?
Yes. Hiding the Community Logo from the Community Banner also removes it from Campaign Pages, even for campaigns that have their own Campaign Logo configured. See Exceptions above.
What view options are available for ideas on campaign pages?
Ideas can be displayed using List View, Grid View, or Compact View, and a default filter for how ideas are organized can also be set.
How many Custom widgets can be used on the Sidebar?
This article describes a single Custom widget usable across all pages. See the Custom Sidebar Widget section above for a noted discrepancy with the Community & Campaign Sidebar article.
