Export Member Data on Community level
Path: Community Topbar >> Apps Icon >> Reporting >> Export data >> Export Member Data
Community administrators can get quick information on the member registered with the community by downloading member data reports. Additional information on leaderboard points and Community roles (if configured in the community) can be exported along with the Member data report.
If the community has the setting Hide my Identity enabled and any member chooses to keep his identity hidden will have their Author's name in the Exports as 'Community Member' and their email address as 'The author's identity' is hidden.
1) Output format: Idea data can be exported in the following formats
-
Microsoft Excel sheet (.xls) format
-
XML (RSS 2.0)
2) Include Groups in Export data: The group type can be turned On to include groups of the members in the exported data.
3) Select your timezone: You may select your preferred timezone for viewing the exported data, allowing for a more personalized experience instead of adhering to the community's default timezone.
