[Campaign Management](https://help.ideascale.com/campaign-management?hsLang=en) # Campaign specific email notifications ## All emails received for campaign specific actions ***Path: Workspace Homepage >> Navigation Panel >> Campaign Management >> Campaign Specific Email Notifications*** | What are Campaign Specific Email Notifications? | | --- | | Campaign Specific Email Notifications are the emails Members, Moderators, and Administrators receive for actions and events that occur within a specific campaign. | Every campaign-specific email uses the Campaign Banner as its header. If a Community Administrator has not customized the campaign banner, the Community email banner is used as the default. See Exceptions below for this fallback behavior. --- ### Role Permissions 1. Member: Receives the Idea Mention, New Idea Notification, New Comment, New Comment Mention, Idea Share, and Idea Stage Change emails when the corresponding option is enabled in Personal Settings >> Notification >> Settings for that campaign. 2. Idea Owner: Receives the Idea Owner Assigned email when assigned as Idea Owner for an idea. 3. Idea Submitter: Receives the Thank You email after submitting an idea. 4. Assessor: Receives the Assessment Reminder Email when a Community Administrator manually triggers it using the Remind All option. 5. Moderator: Receives the Comment Approval Email and Idea Approval Email when New comment approval or New idea approval is On, and receives the Comment Flag Email and Idea Flag Email when a member flags a comment or idea as abuse or duplicate using Labels. 6. Administrators and Moderators: Receive the Private Comment email when This is private (internal) comment is enabled on a comment. 7. Campaign Banner Not Customized: If a Community Administrator has not customized the campaign banner, the Community email banner is used as the default header for that campaign's emails. --- ### Frequently Asked Questions #### Where can a Member control which campaign emails they receive? A Member manages campaign email notifications in Personal Settings >> Notification >> Settings for that campaign. Most notification types listed above are only sent if enabled there. #### Why does an email show the Community banner instead of the campaign's own banner? This happens when the Community Administrator has not customized the Campaign Banner for that campaign. In that case, the Community email banner is used as the default. #### Who receives the Private Comment email? The Private Comment email is sent to Administrators and Moderators of the community, not to all members, and only when This is private (internal) comment is enabled on the comment. #### How does a Community Administrator send an Assessment Reminder Email to all assessors at once?
