All about cloning/duplicating a campaign
Path: Community Topbar >> Apps Icon >> Campaign management >> Campaigns
Campaign cloning allows community admins to quickly create new campaigns in just a few steps. When setting up a new campaign, the admin can choose to clone an existing one, generating a new campaign that is an exact replica of the original.
Steps to Clone a Campaign
1. Go to Campaign Management >> Campaigns >> Action tab
2. Click on the Clone option next to the campaign name that you wish to clone.

3. The clone campaign page provides the admin with the option to choose the community and campaign group where the newly cloned campaign will be placed.
Additionally, you can select a workflow that meets your needs from the available options in the dropdown menu, including both existing and alternative workflow.
Selecting This community and Existing workflow will not give any additional options, as seen below.
But, selecting Another Community and Another Workflow will ask the admin to select the available community to clone the campaign to as well as select the workflow from the dropdown.
NOTE: The communities and workflow available for selection will depend on the permission levels of the admin in the other communities.
4. A new campaign with the 'previous campaign name (copy)' will be created. You can choose to edit the campaign from the three dots at the right side of the page or close this page.

All the settings, images, workflow, and moderators all will be copied over to the new campaign. Cloning a workflow will copy only settings but not the user permissions.
The cloned campaign will now be visible in List of Campaigns with the same campaign name and 'copy' at the end.
Note: The campaign will remain unlaunched. Community Admin will need to launch it manually.
